god, I am sick of writing about what I ate. But Runners World says I have to.
Today:
1 can spaghetti Os.
6 oz chicken with orange sauce
3 handfuls whole grain tortilla chips (yeah, like the whole grain matters :P)
giant bowl of life cereal that probably comprised 3 servings of 1/2 cups.
Yesterday:
a whole bunch of chips
Rotisserie chicken (maybe 1 breast worth?)
Tabolluouliioiiiii
1.5 glasses of Crispin Apple Cider
hot chocolate without whipped cream
